Cartajima Vista
Apertura / Opening
Salto BASE situado cerca de Ronda en la zona de Parauta/Cartajima, encima de una gran cueva. Abierto por Lee Forester en Septiembre de 2022.
BASE Jump located close to Ronda in the area of Parauta/Cartajima, above a large cave. Opened by Lee Forester in September 2022.
Acceso / Access
Desde la carretera de Ronda a San Pedro (A397), toma la salida justo al norte de la gasolinera hacia la carretera de Cartajima (MA-7306). Continúe aproximadamente 3,5 km y verá un lugar de estacionamiento al costado de la carretera. Sobre su hombro derecho verá el acantilado.
From the Ronda to San Pedro road(A397), take the exit just north of the petrol station onto the road to Cartajima (MA-7306). Continue approximately 3.5km and you will see a parking place by the side of the road. Over your right shoulder you will see the cliff.
Aproximación / Approach
Camine de regreso por la carretera 200 m hacia el acantilado y suba por el lecho de un río seco en dirección al acantilado. Se trata de una caminata de 50 minutos hasta la salida a través del terreno bajo a la derecha del acantilado. La salida directamente encima de la cueva. Pasará por un hongo de roca, luego por una gran roca distintiva que descansa en el borde del acantilado. La salida está a unos 20 m después de la gran roca.
Walk back along the road 200m towards the cliff and head up a dry riverbed in the direction of the cliff. It is about a 50 minute walk up to the exit via the low ground on the right of the cliff. The exit it directly above the cave. You will pass a rock mushroom, then a distinctive large boulder resting on the edge of the cliff. The exit is about 20m past the large boulder.
Material / Gear
Hay una cuerda de anclaje de línea estática en su lugar, pero si desea traer la suya propia, 5 m de cuerda serán suficientes y hay muchos agujeros en la roca a los que sujetarse.
A static line anchor rope is in place, but if you wish to bring your own then 5m of rope will be enough and there are many holes in the rock to attach to.

55 metros aproximadamente a cornisa grande. 140 metros aproximadamente hasta el talud.
180 feet approximately to a large ledge. 460 feet approximately to talus..
Aterrizaje / Landing
Gran área abierta adyacente al lecho seco del río.
Large open area adjacent to dry riverbed.
Regreso / Return
Caminata corta de regreso por el mismo lecho seco del río por el que subiste.
Short walk back down the same dry riverbed you came up.
Observaciones / Observations
Solamente lo he saltado con línea estática hasta ahora debido a la repisa de abajo, aunque en mano puede ser posible con un empujón lo suficientemente fuerte.
Only jumped static line so far due to ledge below, although handheld may be possible with a strong enough push.
